Bordom ?




I've been in this weird a$$ mood for way too long. I am tired of EVERY ONE around. that include friends and family. I hardly Have the Mood to interact with virtual friends. I MAKE my self post coments.
it might be depression, but what is really annoying is I have no reason to be depressed about. I am being a spoilt brat who's bored. such bordom is the thing that makes people do crazy , dangerous stuff.
I have nothing else to say. no I do, but I lost intrest in saying them.
I am 25 do you think am too old to run from home? that sounds dumb.

I don't want to post this cause that would make me feel stupid, but i will. hopefully all this feelings will be out of my system

i have a suggestion, if u don't feel why u r so bored, then stop doing anything u usually do in ur daily routine, for ex, don't go to work, don't go to internet, don't watch tv, don't read, just sit and think, by then u ll know what real bordom is.
also u can think about doing something new.

I HAVE to go to work, can't miss even a single day. and most of time time I am not concentrating on TV and am miles away.
I can't think of anything new to do, can you?
Except traveling cause it's out of the question for me.

Work out , do some sports !
really , walk like an hr daily !
some aerobics ! jogging will make you feel way better !
Yoga too !
You know you can do yoga at home!
That will help really.
and I once read that walking/joggin is responsible on producing some hormone /painkiller within your system ! which is related to feel happy !
so consider it please!
I also once considered the run away idea ! it is not dumb ! but i learnt that it ain;t reason for anything ! coz you simply cant run away from the inside ! and this is what we mainly should face !
coz happiness comes from the inside not the outside !
i never got to do the escape though! yet there are alternatives, you can think of some job that requires traveling !

and yes,I go for charity..you can go to resala , you dont hv to be a member , you just can go whenever you feel like , and ask them to show them a hand ! and they will be pleased to ! you can assist in so manyways you will be surprised with !
consider both ! sports "at least walking " and charity.
and remember it comes from the inside :)

to be honest I am too lazy for sports too selfish for charity I think am the type of person who likes to dwell in her own self pity .

Go clubbing, and if u donno how 2 dance then it's time 4 some exotic dance lessons; dancing has its underrated magical effect on our souls
also consider learning a new language u've always wanted 2 learn =)

I've been wanting to learn German language for 8 years now, but now a days I need to learn French for work purposes, I hate french, this is why it's taking me too damn long to do it.
I am not the clubbing kinda person, and I dance like $hit, writing makes me feel better, most of the times and if that didn't work then singing at the top of my lungs while driving. tried both and they didn't work so probably nothing will.
